Interpretation Service Process



1 To use the interpretation service

  1. Customers contact to YMC via upon channel and send job detail , schedule and level of the interpreter needs
  2. YMC prepares quotation and send to customer
  3. Customer accepts our quotation and inform to YMC telephone or E-mail
  4. After YMC get approve from customer, we will arrange to interpreter
  5. Assign interpreter to support as customer requirement
  6. YMC issue invoice to customer
  7. Customers pay translate fee via bank transfer


2 To use the translation service

  1. Customers contact to YMC upon channel and attached the document which required to translate
  2. YMC prepares quotation and send to customer
  3. Customer accepts our quotation and inform to YMC telephone or E-mail
  4. After YMC get approve from customer, translator will start to translate
  5. Send the translate documents to customer as negotiated due date
  6. YMC issue invoice to customer
  7. Customers pay translate fee via bank transfer




Interpreter services rate

Day Half Day
6,000 THB 3,500 THB

Remark:
Interpreter services rate, depending on the interpreter skill level, difficulty of the task , distance of travel. Remark : Interpreter services rate may be adjusted as appropriate.

- In the case of far distance to travel or need a accommodation . The customer have to responsible for payment (case by case).

- In the case of customer abrupt cancellation of an interpreter without prior notice, the customer have to pay full charge.
